In 1990, Commodore released a laptop PC called the C286LT.

Notebooks with 386SX (16 MHz) with additional optional co-processor Intel 80387SX-16 and 486SX processor were also built in 1991. The only difference is the processor with higher clock speeds and a slightly larger hard drive with 40 MB. Windows 3.x can be installed on the 386 and 486 Commodore LTs; Windows up to version 3.1 also runs on the 286. The slightly later LTC series also includes a color display instead of the grayscale display.

The notebook consists of a keyboard computer with an integrated LCD monitor and battery (voltage 12V, capacity 12V*1700mAH, 2D 4W, with 520g and a running time of two to six hours) and an optional external power supply (input 100-240 volts, frequency 50/60Hz, output 24W).

This unit has been upgraded to a 386 CPU with the Shit Kit Dingensbums.
